Başakşehir Berrak Halı Yıkama

The pet smell is completely gone. It smells wonderful, thank you so much.

The service arrived right on time. The carpets were sparkling clean, like new, with fluffy pile. A company that does its job properly, I recommend them to everyone.

Due to our large family and frequent guests, our carpets get dirty and worn out very quickly. For a long time, we had been searching for a reliable carpet cleaning company that wouldn't compromise on quality. After meeting this company, all our search ended. The service vehicle arrived on time, they picked up the carpets from our door and quickly started the cleaning process. Upon their return, we received our carpets back packaged, spotlessly clean, and smelling wonderful. There wasn't even a trace of the cherry juice stain that the children had spilled. Furthermore, thanks to the high-quality products used during the cleaning process, the carpets were as soft as the day we bought them. I would like to extend my thanks to the entire team for doing their job with such seriousness and love.

This was my first time working with Başakşehir Carpet Cleaning, and I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I chose them after reading positive reviews online, and I saw how right they were. Every stage, from the informative approach of the customer representative on the phone to the politeness of the staff who collected the carpets, was managed perfectly. My carpets came back sparkling clean and smelling wonderful. The professionalism was evident at every step of the process. From now on, I don't need to look for alternative carpet cleaning services; they will definitely be my go-to company.
