Başakşehir Elektrikçi Kerem Usta

We contacted Kerem Usta in Başakşehir because the lighting in our living room had been malfunctioning for some time. The technician who arrived first checked the switch, connections, and lighting wiring to identify the source of the problem. His explanation of the work and the options before starting was very helpful. During the work, he moved around the house carefully and didn't leave any materials scattered. After fixing the problem, he turned the light on and off a few times to check that the connection was working correctly. We especially appreciated that he performed final checks before handing over the work and provided us with information on usage. From our own experience, we were satisfied with both his communication and the work done.
