Başakşehir Elektrikçi Onur Usta

He didn't attempt to replace the part without first identifying the cause of the malfunction. He checked it, performed the necessary procedure, and explained what he did. I was satisfied with his approach.

When our home in Başakşehir started experiencing intermittent circuit breaker tripping, we contacted Onur Usta. We explained that the problem occurred particularly when using certain electrical appliances. Instead of simply replacing parts, the technician first checked the electrical panel and related lines to determine the source of the malfunction. After identifying the problem, he explained the necessary repairs in detail. We particularly appreciated his clear indication of which line was causing the problem and his helpful usage recommendations. After completing the repair, he tested the system again to ensure the circuit breaker was functioning properly. He also explained what precautions we should take in case a similar situation occurs in the future. We were very satisfied with his clear approach and well-planned service.
