Berat Otomotiv

I had my Caddy serviced today and they did a great job. I recommend them.

My car is a 2009 Audi A3 (automatic). I was having problems with gear changes. I showed it to many mechanics, they connected it to a computer, found a lot of problems, and quoted exorbitant prices, saying the car would be in my care for 2-3 days. On the recommendation of a friend from Kayseri, I went to Berat Usta. Let me say from the start, he's a very sincere and honest person. He immediately found the problem and fixed it within 3-4 hours, and the issue was resolved. Now I drive my car with peace of mind. He's one of the rare people who does their job properly these days. You'll understand even more when you go see him. May God bless him, thank you for your hard work and effort.

It was very nice, we were very pleased.

It's a very good place, I recommend it.
