First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Beray Isı for their dedication and commitment to their work. I was very pleased with the attentiveness and courtesy of the lady I spoke with, and I thank her for that. What was particularly pleasing was that they started working on my problem before even arriving, and only gave a definitive answer after completing the necessary procedures. As they promised, they arrived within 15 minutes, despite the 15 km distance. They first listened to the problem, checked if it was related to the issue, and after conducting tests, identified the root cause and began working to resolve it. Their statement, If we're here, we won't leave without solving the problem, we will, demonstrated their expertise. Once they found the source of the problem, they immediately started working, offering to fix it at my home or workplace if necessary, and even offering to get parts if needed, which they did within a certain timeframe. This service was vastly different from the previous one I called. The previous service had said there was no problem at all, but Beray Isı identified a different cause and resolved it, leaving the previous service in a rather comical situation. They were very polite, skilled, and warm-hearted people. Yes, the people I'm talking about are Mr. Barış and Mr. Hüseyin. They weren't just a service team that came to my house; they treated me like friends, like family. Most importantly, they quickly resolved my issue, something the other service couldn't. They assured me I could call them if I had any problems, and they would help immediately, even without charging me if necessary. They are a skilled and honest service team.
