Çekmeköy Halı Yıkama

I'm writing this as someone who has worked with several different places in the Çekmeköy area and been disappointed every time. Some would bring the carpets back wet and musty-smelling, others would send them back without removing any stains... I had given up hope when I tried this place at a friend's insistence. First of all, I really liked their clarity in communication. What was discussed on the phone was what happened; they didn't stall on the time, nor did they add extra charges when they arrived. They came and picked up the carpets from my house on the day and time they said, and they delivered them exactly on the date they promised. Working with a team that knows the Çekmeköy area well and has good time management is a great convenience. As for the cleaning performance; the hallway and kitchen carpets in our house were seriously worn and dirty. I was even thinking, If it doesn't come out, so be it, regarding the oil and tomato paste stains in the kitchen. When the carpets were delivered, I was shocked as soon as I opened the packaging. There was no trace of the stains, the carpets' original color was clearly visible. Moreover, the chemical smell wasn't overwhelming; there was a very natural and refreshing clean scent. There's no hardening in the fibers, nor any deterioration in the structure. It's clear from everything that they are a professional establishment that knows its job and cleans according to the type of carpet. In terms of price/performance, I don't know of any better place in the Çekmeköy area. I won't be looking for another place to experiment with anything else; this is my go-to place. You can entrust your carpets to them without hesitation. Thank you for your hard work and effort.

I chose this company to have my carpets cleaned in Çekmeköy and I was really pleased with the result. They responded shortly after I requested an appointment and were flexible with the date and time. When they came to pick up the carpets from my home, they checked each one individually and informed me about stains and worn areas; I found this transparency very valuable. The cleaning process took about 3 days, and I was kept informed about when they would be delivered throughout the process. When the carpets arrived, they smelled and felt brand new. In particular, the old coffee stain in my living room was completely gone, something I didn't think was possible. The fabric wasn't worn, the colors hadn't faded, and I even noticed that the fibers were more vibrant than before. The packaging was also meticulous; they were wrapped in plastic and securely tied to prevent them from unraveling. In terms of price/performance, I found it quite reasonable compared to other companies in the area, and there were no surprise extra charges. The staff were polite and arrived on time. I can easily recommend them to anyone in Çekmeköy and the surrounding area who needs carpet cleaning; it's a company I will choose again.

The carpets are delivered clean and on time. I always recommend a reputable company; our relatives and family have been working with them for over 10 years and we are very satisfied. The carpets are delivered as if they were just bought from a store.

The carpets arrived clean and smelled wonderful, delivered in one day. I definitely recommend them; they are a very fast company. My relatives have been working with them for many years, and we also got to know Çekmeköy Carpet Cleaning.
