Düzce Bosch Servisi

I stopped by to get some information. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent work by these people, don't be fooled by competing reviews. We were surprised too, but we understood when our colleagues helped us. The call center is also very helpful; we can reach them whenever we need.

I'm giving 5 stars just to show how awful this is. I called them because my washing machine was leaking. Two incompetent technicians came and said it was the heating element and demanded 6,500 lira for a 300 lira part. I paid them the service fee and sent them away. I opened the top cover myself, found the hose sticking out, reattached it, and the problem was solved. You can call them if you have a lot of money. What kind of service is this? What kind of business is this? What kind of fraud? Shame on them.
