My UK registered Ford Puma’s MIL had illuminated so it required a diagnostic check. I chose this garage as it was nearby & I try to support local business. Being my first visit to a mechanic since relocating to Turkiye I was a little nervous. I used WhatsApp to contact Ford Özel Servis & Koray was quick to reply, friendly & helpful. I took car along next day & a thorough examination was undertaken & refreshment provided whilst I waited which was most welcome in the July heat. I only have basic Türkçe but we got by with Google Translate! I also had a slow puncture & asked where I should go. This was no problem for Koray either & he took my car to get tyre repaired whilst I had some lunch nearby. I RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE WITHOUT HESITATION.

Temiz, dürüst iş yapan esnaflardan. Ne değişmesi gerekiyorsa o değişiyor, ne yapılması gerekiyorsa o yapılıyor. Akşam vakti çıkıp gelen bir sonraki gün arabayı çalışır hale getiren Yasin Bey'e güvenim sonsuz fordunuz varsa başka yeri düşünmenize gerek yok.

Tatilde arife günü frenimle alakalı problem olduğunu hissettim. Akşam vakti gelip benim için dükkanı açtı. Sorunun olmağını tespit etti. Kötü niyetli bir esnaf olsa yalandan işlem yapıp paramı alabilirdi. Böyle dürüst namuslu esnaf oldukları için teşekkür ediyorum. İşiniz bol olsun. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
