First, I'd like to mention the communication aspect. The system is excellent. You receive informational messages about the process. Your questions are answered. The fact that the items are picked up and delivered to your apartment door, even if you're not home, is a particularly important factor for the employees. My kitchen rug had many stains, and my other rugs also had many stubborn stains because my cat was ill. All my rugs are light-colored, but there's not even a trace of the stains left. I've used this company in previous years as well, and their performance has been excellent every year. There's no unpleasant odor or dampness in the rugs. Kudos to everyone involved.

My carpets were delivered perfectly clean. They picked them up on time and informed me of the price via message. They called beforehand and arrived within the time frame they specified, what more could I ask for? A reliable company, well done. I found them online and chose them based on reviews, and I'm so glad I did, I'm very satisfied. My daughter was sick and had vomited, and my carpets were stained; they're all sparkling clean now, thank you so much. From now on, you're my first choice and my recommendation.
