A heartfelt recommendation! This is exactly how you want a car repair shop to be! I became aware of Hekimoto Japan Garage through its consistently outstanding online reviews – and I wasn't just not disappointed, I was absolutely thrilled! From the very first contact, you can tell: someone here works with a lot of passion. The owner, M. Ogulcan Hekimoglu, is an incredibly kind, warm, and friendly person who patiently takes his time with each and every customer. He listens attentively when you describe your car's problems, analyzes the issue with genuine expertise, and even has some great tips to share. We took our trusty companion, a 2005 Toyota Avensis Verso 2.0L D-4D, there. Our beloved car suddenly had a problem with acceleration: above about 2,500 RPM, it simply wouldn't pull properly anymore. Ogulcan Hekimoglu immediately recognized the problem with a single glance and kindly and honestly advised us to replace the fuel filter as the first and simplest step, instead of immediately trying to sell us expensive repairs. No sooner said than done! The replacement parts arrived within an incredible 30 to 45 minutes and were expertly installed. After a short, relieving test drive, it was clear: The problem was completely solved, and our car is running smoothly again and pulling like new! Finding such an honest, transparent, and absolutely fair mechanic these days is simply irreplaceable – he's worth his weight in gold! He explains everything in detail, so even a layperson can understand it perfectly, and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We're certain: From now on, we'll always take our cars exclusively to Hekimoto Japan Garage! Note to all car owners: Although he repairs every make of car with care, his heart beats especially for Japanese vehicles.
