İpek Halı Yıkama Fabrikası

We gave them our carpets on the recommendation of our relatives, and they're sparkling clean; they've been washed beautifully.

I was giving my carpets to another place, and they came back all yellow. I called them, but they wouldn't take them back. I called Silk Carpet, and not only did they clean my carpet perfectly, but they also cleaned it at a reasonable price and delivered it quickly. Even though I called many companies asking if they would take my carpet, and most refused, Silk Carpet came and picked it up immediately and delivered it within four days. They are truly excellent, understanding, and honest business people. I congratulate them; are there still people like them?

My carpets were very dirty. I have two young children at home, and they were in terrible condition, from stains to paint marks. I even considered throwing them away. Then, on a neighbor's recommendation, I called this company. They came and picked them up the same day. I told them to deliver them early so that the areas where the children get sick wouldn't be left empty. I asked if it would take 3-4 days, and they said they would let me know. They brought my carpets back on the third day, and they were spotless. I really don't understand those who left negative reviews.

I gave them my carpets on my neighbor's recommendation because I needed them urgently. They arrived back perfectly clean in a very short time. Their staff were also very understanding and helpful. From now on, Ipek Carpet Cleaning will be my only address.
