My 2016 model 1.6 diesel B8 Passat's turbo failed while driving. I had it repaired by this company and bought the parts from them. I've been here for two years on assignment and in those two years I haven't seen them do any faulty or incomplete work. If you call them outside of the service center and there's something they can do, they'll do it. Bekir Usta is a kind and friendly guy; it's not a place for jokes and banter. Get your work done properly and leave. If you explain your problem clearly, they will help you with everything.
