Kısmet halı yıkama

The guy who delivered the carpets prioritized fast, high-quality customer satisfaction and was so friendly; he was such a good businessman that even if the carpets hadn't been cleaned perfectly, it would still be understandable, it's human nature. We were very pleased. Even though our carpets were supposed to arrive on Saturday, he called on Thursday to ask if we were available so he could bring them. I think he should be a lesson to other carpet cleaning shops in the area.

I had my carpets cleaned and I'm really pleased. They're spotless and smell wonderful. The workmanship is excellent, and delivery was very fast. Thank you also for their attention and care. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely choose them again. 🌸✨

I couldn't find another carpet cleaner in Ankara who did their job this well. I moved to Batıkent, and even though that area wasn't within their service area, they were kind enough to travel the long distance to get there. They returned the carpets quickly, efficiently, and spotlessly clean, smelling wonderful. We sent them after hearing about them from friends and family, and we can't do without them. Before we crossed paths with Kısmet Carpet Cleaning, we had been through terrible experiences with other companies. I wholeheartedly forgive them. The gentleman is also a very meticulous person. May there be more tradespeople like them!

We used to have our carpets cleaned there when we lived in that area, and we were very satisfied. Now we've moved to Batıkent. They came and picked up our carpets without hesitation. They clean them perfectly and deliver them on time. Their attention and friendliness are excellent. You will definitely be satisfied.
