Koramanlı Halı & Koltuk

My carpets arrived perfectly clean, thank you for your hard work!

I send one rug to be cleaned every 6 months. I have children at home, and we constantly spill tea and coffee. I don't even bother wiping it up, thinking Protected will handle it. I gave them two rugs full of coffee and tea stains again, and I couldn't find a single stain.

Quality company

Last year, I gave my rug, which had tea, water, and coffee stains, to Enka for cleaning. They made excuses like it's the type of rug, nobody else in Gemlik can remove the stains, so I used it for another year, thinking I'd throw it away if the stains still wouldn't come out. This year, the same tea and coffee stains were added on top of the existing ones. Now I can't find any stains on my rug. Thank you for providing such high-quality service at such a reasonable price ;)
