We initially gave the carpets for our new house to another company for cleaning, but I wasn't entirely satisfied, so I checked the reviews and had them cleaned again. They're sparkling clean now! They were delivered completely dry and carefully cleaned. They said it would take a week, but they delivered them in three days. Most importantly for me, they prioritize customer satisfaction over money. Since I work, I asked them to deliver them after my shift, but they delivered them early. They said they would check the carpets upon receipt and then proceed with the payment. That's definitely a plus for me. Thank you 🙏🏻

Halılarım tertemiz olmuş bayıldım. Tadilatlarım vardı overloklarım vardı onlarıda mis gibi yapmışlar. Kısa sürede de geldi. Onur bey bizimle çok ilgilendi. Çok çok teşekkür ederim

My carpets were both cleaned and overlocked. They're practically brand new. There's no other place in the Kozyatağı area that does such high-quality workmanship; I highly recommend them.
