I absolutely do not recommend it, absolutely not. It was just a tea stain, and they sent it back without removing it. Look, maybe my carpet wasn't even washed because it had absolutely no nice, clean smell. On top of that, the attitude we received when we called to mention this was so disturbing; they said something absurd like they couldn't guarantee the stains would come out. There definitely needs to be some order in place.
