İYİ ESNAF GÜLER YÜZLÜ TATLI DİLLİ İNSANLAR

Mr. İlyas, thank you to you and your team. I was very satisfied years ago as well. I have been using the cat-wire screens I had installed for my windows and doors for 6 years without any problems. This time, I had double-opening screens installed for the living room windows. The team is truly meticulous in their work. They also inspire confidence as people. They are polite and hardworking. I wish you continued success. Take care...

We had a mosquito net installed on our door leading from the kitchen to the balcony and we were very pleased. We would like to thank the Tunalı Yapı team for their attention, friendliness, workmanship, and accurate guidance from start to finish. First, I spoke with Ms. Gamze. She provided detailed information about the entire process, guided us, and offered excellent suggestions on the most suitable option for us. Then, Mr. İlyas came to our appointment and inspected our window on-site; he thoroughly evaluated whether a mosquito net could be installed and, if so, what kind of solution it would be. After we made our decision, Master Nuri installed our mosquito net with great care. Approximately 20 days later, a small damage occurred due to my own carelessness. Despite this, Ms. Gamze again helped with the same care, and Master Nuri came and fixed our mosquito net in a short time. Seeing the same care and attention after the sale was truly invaluable to us. Doing the job well is certainly important, but for us, attention, friendliness, and guiding the customer correctly are just as important as the workmanship. We saw all of these in abundance with the Tunalı Yapı team. Thank you again for everything. If we ever need another project in the future, we would choose Tunalı Yapı without hesitation. We wouldn't look anywhere else. 😊 Thank you for your hard work, attention, and friendly service. Thank you, and may you prosper. 🌸

We met Mr. İlyas in 2009 when he made all the window frames for my family's house. We recommended him to my brother, uncle, grandmother, and friends, and they are all very satisfied. In 2017, I had sliding doors made for my house. Today, we completed the remaining windows. They stand behind their work, a commitment they've maintained for years. I wish every tradesman were like them. Our trust in them is boundless. Thank you so much to you and your employees! 🙏
