My plumbing burst and the radiator was punctured, my carpets were in terrible condition, and I also have cats. I contacted Zumram Carpets via AI online, and they were amazing! My carpets came back spotless, like they were fresh out of the packaging. Kudos to them! I recommend them to everyone, and I'll give their name to anyone who asks. Thank you so much!

My carpets have arrived, thank you so much, they were beautifully cleaned and the staff were very attentive. From now on, I will send my carpets to the only carpet cleaning company I will use without hesitation (Zümram). Well done!

A company that treats its customers with respect and care; the carpets arrived perfectly clean and smelling wonderful. Kudos to them for their hard work and effort.
